My name is Wendy, and I was an HR intern this past summer at Northbridge Financial. During my three-month internship, I had the chance to learn a lot about the HR department’s functions. This included payroll, employment letters, compensation, and interviewing.

 

By far, my best day on the job was when I organized an IT focus group. At school, my professors always talked about “focus groups,” and being able to organize and participate in one really brought my classroom experience to life.
