There are several ways you can incorporate Pathways youth into your current process:

• Let Pathways to Education know that you are hiring for summer positions! Tell us the deadlines and the application process so that we can share with our student and alumni networks​

• Consider elevating applicants who identify themselves as Pathways to Education alumni to the top of the pile for interview consideration​

​​

• Guarantee interviews to Pathways to Education alumni – if they are not the most qualified, even the interview opportunity and subsequent feedback is incredibly helpful and useful for them

 

• Read more about some of the companies and Pathways alumni who have worked together and how the experience was mutually beneficial
