Hello, I am Hamza, and this past year I held the position of Business Analyst at Northbridge Financial. During that time I worked closely with the Project Management Team. My position involved many different aspects of business analysis, many of which I didn’t even know existed. Not only was my experience eye opening, but it also really connected with what I was learning back in the classroom.

 

One particular highlight during my time at Northbridge was when I led a team-wide challenge, and having my recommendations be received positively and implemented immediately. I went from being in the classroom on Friday to working within the industry on Monday!

 

I can honestly say that no two days were ever the same, and that made every day so exciting. Based on my experiences at Northbridge I can see myself in the next 5-10 years involved within business analysis and project management, working closely with business leaders and developers to ensure what is required is delivered.

All in all, it was an amazing summer and I would redo it in a heartbeat.
